What are the shipping and delivery times?

Delivery and shipping times depend on the method of payment and the place of delivery of the products.

After the day of dispatch of the products, NACEX undertakes to deliver on the next working day to mainland Portugal . In the case of the Madeira Archipelago, the delivery time for is 48/72h and for the Azores Archipelago is 72/96h.

For Multibanco, Paypal and PayShop payment methods, the day of dispatch corresponds to the day on which the Loja do Inseto account is credited (working days and for payments made before 4 pm).

For the method of payment by bank transfer, the day of dispatch corresponds to the day on which the Loja do Inseto account is credited.

In the event of a stock outage, customer service will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date.

Loja do Inseto guarantees that all of its customers' data are confidential, used solely and exclusively by itself, and does not assign or sell them to third parties. After using the data to send the order, they will be automatically removed from our database and destroyed. If you intend to make another purchase, you will have to provide your data again.

How is the process carried out if the customer is not ready to receive the order?

If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, an SMS will be sent to the telephone number for the respective purchase, with the request for an appointment for the best collection date. The SMS is sent by the NACEX carrier and the rescheduling is done through the SMS link, which forwards to the NACEX portal.

What is the value of the postage?

Shipping costs are offered for mainland Portugal on all orders worth €150 or more. In any promotion of free shipping, it is only valid for Mainland Portugal.

For purchases of lesser amounts, a one-time transport fee of €4.90 applies.

General notes:

  • Loja do Inseto is not responsible for any delays that are the responsibility of NACEX. However, if you exceed the aforementioned period, please contact us, so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
  • Delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is shipped from our warehouse.
  • Orders are shipped and delivered on business days, that is, between Monday and Friday, provided it is not a national holiday.
  • During the period of great activity, some delivery services may be temporarily unavailable, as well as delivery dates may be conditioned in exceptional situations due to internal logistical or operational reasons of the carriers, or in special periods such as Black Friday and Christmas where there is a greater volume of orders.
