Minimum Price Guarantee

This Black Friday, buy now without fear of missing out on a better price. If a product you bought with the "Lowest Price Guarantee" badge becomes cheaper at Loja do Inseto until November 30, we will refund the difference as a voucher.

When is it valid?
For purchases made between 00:00 on October 30 and 23:59 on November 30, 2026 (continental Portugal time).

Where is it valid?
Only for purchases made at the lojadoinseto.pt online store. It does not apply to purchases made through other channels, such as our physical stores, by phone, or on third-party platforms.

Which products are included?
Only products that displayed the "Lowest Price Guarantee" badge at the time of purchase. The remaining products in the store are not covered.

How does it work?

• If the price of the same product you bought (the same reference, format, and size) drops at lojadoinseto.pt after your purchase and until November 30, 2026, we will refund the difference between the price you paid and the new selling price shown on the website.
• We only compare it with prices at Loja do Inseto, not with those of other sellers.
• Discount codes, individual or personalized discounts, BugPoints Club points or benefits, and other advantages that are not reflected in the price shown to all customers do not count as a price drop.
• If the price drops more than once during the campaign, the difference is calculated based on the lowest price offered during that period.
• The difference applies to a maximum of 2 units of each product per order.
• The difference is refunded only as a voucher after the end of the campaign, for you to use on your next purchase at lojadoinseto.pt.

What is not included?

• Packs, kits, and quantity discounts.
• Purchases of 6 and 12 units.
• Products that are out of stock or sold out on the date the price dropped.
• Prices resulting from an obvious error, whether typographical, technical, or system-related.
• Products from canceled orders and products you returned or for which you rescinded the contract.

How do I request the difference?
Send an email to suporte@lojadoinseto.pt from the day the price drops until 23:59 on December 4, 2026. Indicate the order number and the product whose price dropped. Requests are only accepted by email, and those that arrive after this deadline will not be considered.

When do I receive the voucher?
We validate each request based on our system's price history. Vouchers are only sent after the end of the campaign, between December 2 and 16, 2026, to the email address associated with the order.

How can I use the voucher?

• The voucher can be used at lojadoinseto.pt between December 2, 2026, and 23:59 on May 31, 2027. If you do not use it by then, you will lose the value.
• You can only use one voucher per order, and the voucher cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another person.
• If your order value is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will not be refunded or carried over to another order.
